A traditional dojo teaching Shotokan karate to students of all ages, grounded in respect, patience, and precision.
Every class begins and ends with bow - a reminder that karate is a practice of humility as much as strength. Our instructors hold black belts across Shotokan and Kyokushin lineages, with a combined 40 years on the mat.
Ages 5–7. Balance, focus, and listening skills through playful karate fundamentals.
Ages 8–14. Kata, kumite basics, and belt progression in a structured curriculum.
Ages 15+. Traditional forms, self-defense, and sparring for all experience levels.
